The customer find us through a friend. He said that he has found more than 20 well-known spring companies in the industry . When they received the spring drawings, no one said that they can not do it,but after tested all spring samples, no one is satisfied. That question is coming, can you do it well?

First of all, we have done UTV, ATV car shock absorber springs before,and is a export order.These type of spring amount is not large, and have the material, grinding head, force value requirements. On the basis of experience, the technology of Weiyuan Spring raised the question. Why are 20 leading springs manufacturer can’t do the spring well? Where is the problem? Where is it not satisfied? The feedback message is combined on the shock absorber, and the shock absorber has a loud noise during the movement.

Because of the structural relationship, the shock absorber will be compressed when passing through the rugged pavement, and then the external spring will be compressed. After the rugged pavement, the spring force will reset the shock absorber, and the process of compression and reset will change with the sound. Off-road racing and ATV cars are exciting, and they are all bumpy roads, and the requirements for shock absorber springs are higher.

Starting from the spring material selection, the alloy steel 55crsi is applied, with high elasticity, strength, yield ratio and bomb reduction resistance. According to the force value requirement design, when the inner diameter and length of the spring are constant, the number of turns is changed to reach the specified force value and the deformation amount is reduced. The grinding head and the verticality of the spring also directly affect the entire shock absorber. The friction between the shock absorber connector and the spring is also one of the reasons. I dare not say that the spring we made is the best, but we also do this to help the customer solve the problem, at least to make our own qualified spring.

After test our spring samples , the customer said that the noise of shock absorber is reduced by half. It is the best samples of the 20 spring factories. This is an affirmation to us. But can we do better and wait for the technical communication between the two sides.
